The iPad (32GB, WiFi) is completely functional and in great condition. I'm selling the iPad only because I'm not using it as much as I thought I would be. There are VERY minor scratches on the back of the device that I guess are the result of continuous placement on the coffee table before I was using a case. The iPad has never been dropped. There is a very small scratch on the front of the device in the very top right corner (above the actual screen) - tried to show it in the extreme close up shot, but it's hard to see in the picture, as well as in person.Will accept returns if necessary, but this item is in great condition and guaranteed to ship in the exact condition described and as seen in the attached pictures. The iPad will ship in its original box and include the original power brick and cable. The iPad is will also ship with the original receipt and is UNDER WARRANTY THROUGH April 2, 2011.****IMPORTANT EXTRAS****The iPad ALSO comes with:- Original receipt showing its under warranty through April 2, 2011- Apple's iPad case (black)- Apple's iPad dock- Apple iPad to VGA cable adapter
