RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned within 3 days under the following terms: restocking fee of 15% is applied unless the item is significantly not as described. Shipping charges are non refundable, and must be paid by the buyer. Returned item must be received in original condition with all parts included. Significantly damaged items are not accepted for return and must proceed with a claim.
Slightly mistreated original boxes are not a reason for a return. Items marked as BRAND NEW may be opened to check contents and functions, or add addition packing for safe delivery .
Items damaged during shipping require that the damage be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Failure to report the damage within the 3 day period will not be accepted. In the event of damage during shipping the shipping company may take 3 weeks to process a claim. All damaged during shipping claims will be refunded once the claim is approved. All items shipped Fedex are fully insured for the purchase value.
We do our best to make sure all items are listed accurately but some minor cosmetic blemishes may go unnoticed.
