Returned item must be received in original condition with all parts included. Damaged items are not accepted for return.
Slightly mistreated original boxes are not a reason for a return. Items are opened to check functionality, photograph the item and inventory content. Additional packing material may be added to ensure safe arrival of product.
Damage during shipping requires that you inspect the TV for damage before the driver leaves or you sign a delivery receipt. Damage must be noted on the shipping manifest and be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Failure to follow these steps will result in your claim not being accepted. In the event of damage during shipping the shipping company may take 30 days to process a claim. All damaged during shipping claims will be refunded once the claim is approved.
We do our best to make sure all items are listed accurately but some minor cosmetic blemishes may go unnoticed. Please review all pictures.

Maryland 6% Sales Tax applies on all local pick ups. No shipping or handling charges on local pickups.
By appointment only Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 4pm. No weekend or holiday pickups. Pickups must be paid for with cash or credit card. Pay Pal and personal or business checks are not accepted for local pickups. TVs which do not include the original factory box will be ready for pickup without a box. We provide bubble wrap and cardboard.

Domestic Shipping: Freight Options
Televisions larger then 37" ship to the 48 contiguous states by freight truck only. Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 14 business days, however remote locations or west coast destinations may take a bit longer. Signature required for delivery.
"Curbside Delivery Only" provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. Lift gate on truck is not provided. If requested, the customer is responsible for charges by the freight company. It is not the drivers responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.
Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of order. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges, such as a lift gate request or alternative delivery site due to community delivery restrictions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: You must inspect the television for damage, including plugging it in to make sure it works BEFORE signing the delivery receipt and while the driver is present. Failure to do so will result in any shipping damage claims being denied.
