UPS Freight is not available to HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO or other US Protected Territories. For the 48 United States, UPS Freight will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. To avoid a denied damage claim, please open and inspect the item before the UPS Freight driver leaves. Note damage on delivery slip, refuse item and contact us to report damage. If the item states Local Pickup Only, this item item cannot be shipped because of the weight, size or susceptibility to shipping damage. These items must be picked up at our warehouse.

OPTIONAL 4 YEAR WARRANTY We also offer an extended warranty that increases the coverage from 2 years to 4 years from date of purchase. The cost of this warranty is $99. When you receive your HDTV you will receive a coupon which provides instructions on how to purchase an extended warranty.
