To avoid a denied damage claim, please open and inspect the item before the UPS Freight driver leaves. Note damage on delivery slip, refuse item and contact us to report damage. OPTIONAL 4 YEAR WARRANTY We also offer an extended warranty that increases the coverage from 2 years to 4 years from date of purchase. The cost of this warranty is $99. When you receive your HDTV you will receive a coupon which provides instructions on how to purchase an extended warranty.
