Selling as is for parts or repair. Could be an easy fix or not. The phone is recognized by the computer but does not turn on. The red indicator light flashes on and off (when plugged in and also when you press the on button). Could need a new battery or need some kind of repair. No water damage. You can try to take it to the Verizon store if you have service and see if they will replace it for you, (I used it with at&t so I couldn't take it in and try to get a new one). Phone is unlocked, so if you fix it you can use it with any GSM provider worldwide/Comes with all the accessories of a new phone (Box, cable, wall charger, etc.).
