The phone is brand new, but the back cover is not. This is an AT&T warranty replacement phone. When AT&T replaced my phone in warranty, they made me keep the back cover. Please notice on the pictures, that the back cover has a very, very small cosmetic scuff in the corner. This is because the back cover is from my original phone which was a few months old. Be assured, this is a brand new phone from AT&T. I've been using Blackberry phones for a few years, so I am taking the opportunity to sell this new phone so I can replace it with something different - time for a change.
